MISSION

We have been burdened by the prevalence of an imbalance in many Christian circles. We believe a wholistic survey of the Bible will reveal that the Christian life is akin to walking on a narrow path with a ditch on both sides.

On one side of the path lies the ditch where a high view of scripture and theology is held but the love that that high theology demands is missing. This leads to a cold orthodoxy that is merely a caricature of the Christ we preach.

On the other side of the path, there lies another ditch where there is a loving, warm, and welcoming form of Christianity, but it is not built on a foundation of a robust theology as defined by the scriptures.

As such, while the intention to love and be an ambassador for Christ might be good, it ends up being harmful because it is not based on love as defined by the truth of the scriptures.

The buzzword for Graceland Ministries is BALANCE and as such, our mission is twofold

1. Helping people grow in their knowledge of God and His holiness as defined

primarily by scriptures.

2. Modeling the love and kindness that a biblical world view demands by locking

arms with other believers to love all peoples in a biblical manner.

We seek to do this by:

Sharing God’s truth and the Gospel via online resources such as podcasts,

YouTube videos and blog posts.

Making disciples and equipping saints through hosting events such as Bible

studies, prayer retreats and evangelism outreaches.

Modeling the love and kindness of Christ by loving all peoples with the same

love with which He loves us through all avenues available to us and prescribed by scripture.

In all this, our overarching aim is to magnify the beauty, majesty, worthiness, and glory of God through Christ for the benefit of all people.
